Agency Autopilot

Agency MCP

Now called Agency Autopilot. Same service, same connector address.

Run the agency from the conversation.

Agency Autopilot is a hosted web service for marketing agencies. It connects the accounts an agency already manages for its clients to that agency's AI assistant, so the agency can do the work from one place.

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta ads, the client's website (WordPress or anything else) and your CRM (LeadConnector): build a client's campaigns, fix and measure their site, work their leads, and send them a report. Every change is shown to you first and applied only when you confirm it.

Why it exists

Agencies don't have a reporting problem

They have a twelve-consoles problem.

The work of running a client — the campaign that needs building, the page that needs writing, the lead that needs chasing — is spread across tools that don't know each other exist, and the day disappears into signing in and out of them.

Reporting tools add a thirteenth window. They tell you what happened, beautifully, and leave the work exactly where it was. Agency Autopilot is built to replace the consoles, not the dashboards. The reporting falls out of the work rather than standing in for it.

Let AI be your hands, not just your eyes. Every change is previewed first and applied only when you confirm it.
Start to finish

Taking on a client, in one conversation

No consoles. This is the actual sequence — each step is a real capability, not a description of one.

  1. Set the client up

Create their Google Ads account, then group their Analytics property, Search Console site, ad accounts, website and CRM under one name so they stop being five logins.

  2. Find out what people actually search

Pull real search volumes, competition and top-of-page bids for their services and their area — not guesses.

  3. Build the campaigns

Create the campaign and budget, target the area they serve, build ad groups, load keywords at sensible match types, and write the ads. Everything is created paused; nothing spends until you say so.

  4. Fix and publish the website

Write and publish pages, set titles, meta descriptions, canonicals and schema, and add images — the local SEO work itself, not a list of recommendations to action later.

  5. Work the leads

Create prospects, move deals between stages, mark work won, and follow up with people already in the client's CRM.

  6. Show them what it produced

Send a branded report, or give them a live dashboard that stays current on its own.

Autopilot

Then let it run the client for you

Flip one switch and Autopilot works the client every week on its own: it checks the leads are still coming in and the forms work, fixes tracking, tunes Google Ads within the budget, keeps the Business Profile active and improves the pages. It only makes the kinds of change you allow, and everything else comes back to you as one short question.

  1. It learns what brings in leads

Every change, its own and yours, is judged on the leads that followed, against that client’s normal ups and downs, so one quiet week is not blamed on the last change. What helped, it repeats; what hurt, it undoes, and it writes down why.

  2. It learns from every Autopilot

Each kind of change is scored across every client Autopilot runs, by trade and by the problem it was fixing, and those lessons go into every run. A pattern counts only once it holds across five or more clients, and no agency’s names, clients or numbers are ever shared.

  3. It runs the way you would

Tell it “never touch our brand campaign” and it follows that first, ahead of anything learned elsewhere. It also learns from what you approve, decline and undo, so it gets closer to how you run clients every week.

  4. It runs in your own AI assistant

No separate AI bill: it runs on your Claude, ChatGPT or other assistant’s plan, on request or every week, checked by Agency Autopilot on every call.

  5. It asks in one click

Anything it needs from you shows on your dashboard’s Autopilot tab, in your email and in the chat, each with Approve or Decline, so you never go looking.

  6. It starts in shadow

The first week it shows exactly what it would change and changes nothing, so you decide when it takes over.

The number that matters

The number no single-platform tool can show you

Ask any one platform how it is doing and it will tell you about itself. Ask Agency Autopilot about a client and the answer crosses all of them: ad spend set against work actually won in their CRM.

$1,840ad spend · Google + Meta
÷
23jobs won · in their CRM
=
$80per booked job

Not cost per click. Not cost per lead. Cost per booked job. That is the number the client's business runs on, and the one a single-platform connector can never produce — the two halves of it live in different places. Illustrative numbers.

Platforms

Every platform a client lives on

Agency Autopilot reaches only the accounts your own sign-in already manages, on behalf of the clients who hired you. Platforms are added as each provider grants API access — this is exactly where each one stands today.

WordPress

live

Report and publish — pages, on-page SEO, images.

Google Analytics 4

live

Report and set up — create a property, mark lead events, link Google Ads.

Google Search Console

live

Report and set up — add a site, verify ownership, submit sitemaps.

Meta — Facebook & Instagram ads

live

Report and build — campaigns, budgets, status.

CRM (LeadConnector)

live

Report and manage — prospects, pipelines, messaging. Connects today with a private integration token; one-click install once the marketplace listing is approved.

Google Ads

live

Report and build — keyword research, accounts, campaigns, ads.

Google Business Profile

live

Report and manage — locations, reviews and replies, posts, Maps and Search performance.

Any website

live

Read any site — titles, descriptions, speed, broken links — and set tracking up through Tag Manager or as snippets for a site built in code.

Everything marked live, in app review or API access pending is built and working. The latter two mean the provider has not yet approved us to offer that platform to other agencies — each switches on for everyone the day its approval lands, with no work on your side.

For the client

What you hand the client

Carrying your name, not ours.

Reports that look how you want

Turn a month's work into a page carrying your name, logo and colors, at a link you send them. Describe the look and what goes in, in chat: a cover page, your fonts, charts of leads by month. Nothing on it mentions us.

Live client dashboards Premium

A private page that stays current on its own. It serves a stored snapshot, so opening it never uses — or exposes — your platform logins.

Your own domain Premium

Point a domain of your own at us and your clients only ever see your address.

Pricing

Priced per client, so the bill grows the way your agency does

Easy to price into what you already charge. The free plan covers one client, with no card, so you can try it on a real account first. Paid plans bill each client you run, with no contract.

40%of everything they pay, every month, for as long as they stay

Refer another agency, earn 40%

If Agency Autopilot is worth using, it is worth telling other agency owners about — so there is a referral program, and it is deliberately generous. Not a one-off bounty for the first invoice. Refer three agencies each running ten clients on Standard and that is $1,188 a month, recurring, for as long as they keep paying.

  • Your link is in your dashboard the moment you have an account — nothing to apply for.
  • A click is remembered for 60 days, so they do not have to sign up the moment they read it.
  • Commission clears 30 days after they pay, which covers the refund window. We never claw back money already sent to you.
  • You are credited for the agency that signs up through your link, permanently.

Set-up

Add it to the assistant you already use

Agency Autopilot is a standard remote MCP server. One address, every assistant.

The plugin, for Claude Code

The Agency Autopilot plugin installs the connector and the ready-made skills — connecting accounts, client and prospect audits, weekly change review, SEO audit, keyword research, on-page content, Google Ads and Meta Ads management, CRM follow-up and client reports — so an agency is working on real accounts within a minute of signing in.

Using Claude on the web or desktop instead? Add it in one click from Claude’s connector directory, or add https://mcp.jiyumarketing.com/mcp as a custom connector.

Not on Claude?

The same address works in every assistant that supports remote MCP servers. Set-up steps for each →

Then type “How do I set Agency Autopilot up?” — it checks what is connected, names your clients, and tells you the one next step.

Guardrails

An assistant that can act has to be harder to misuse

Reading is safe. Doing the work is not, so the guardrails are part of the product rather than a setting.

  • Everything is previewed before it happens. You see exactly what would change — the budget, the ad text, the recipient — and nothing is applied until you confirm.
  • New campaigns and ads are created paused. Spending starts when you decide it does, not when a sentence is misread.
  • Some things are refused, not confirmed. A budget increase beyond a set proportion is refused, and goes through only when its size is separately acknowledged — a confirmed typo is still a typo.
  • Messages only reach people already in the client's CRM. No bulk send, no deleting records, no messaging addresses an assistant composed. CRM changes are off by default on every account, until you switch them on.
  • In Analytics and Search Console we only add, never remove. Create a property, mark its lead events, link Google Ads, add and verify a site, submit a sitemap — each one previewed first. Nothing that already exists can be deleted or edited.
  • One agency can never see another's accounts. We never sell Platform Data, never combine one client's data with another's, and never use it for our own advertising or to train models.

Reports and dashboards you create are stored so they keep working after you send them — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is accessed, stored and how to delete it.
